2. Information We Collect
We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including:
- Name, email address, and contact details when you sign up or contact us
- Account credentials and profile information
- Business and billing information
- Communications and correspondence
We may also automatically collect certain information when you visit our website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data.
3. HexaPiper Clock mobile app
The HexaPiper Clock Android app is a staff time clock for people who already have a HexaPiper account. It is not a public social app and is not directed at children.
When you use the app, we may collect:
- Your work email and password, used only to sign you in
- A one-time email verification code when two-factor authentication is enabled on your account
- A sign-in token stored on your phone until you tap Log Out
- Clock-in and clock-out times, optional project, client, and notes
- Approximate location (latitude and longitude) if you allow Location permission, used only to record where a clock event happened
- Your phone’s IP address with each clock event
Location is optional. If you deny the permission, you can still clock in and out. We do not sell this information, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with other apps. You can remove the saved sign-in token by tapping Log Out in the app.
Clock app accounts are created by your workplace, not by signing up in the app. To delete a Clock app account and its time records, ask your workplace administrator or email [email protected].
